How does Climatix help?

Climatix, is a project initiated by Developmatrix, aiming to make climate citizens for smart climate resilient regions. Climatix, is an online platform that will aggregate information on all climatic events like rising sea levels, extreme weather, water logging, floods, even vector-borne diseases like Malaria and Dengue that are increasing due to climate change. Through project Climatix, we look at collecting data and information on climatic impacts, and dispersing this information to the community through interactive workshops, nature trails. 

After all, smart cities need to be climate resilient, and citizens who are climate smart.

How does Climatix work:

1. Urging you i.e. the citizens and communities to report, or share information and knowledge on any climatic events - be it water logging, floods, unbearable heat, landslides to even early blooming of flowers or unusual absence of certain fauna like bees. 
2. You can also share your story of climate change resilience like water harvesting, using solar energy or changing agriculture crop cultivation to eco-friendly methods.
   
3. You can reach out to us for more information on climate change and its impacts. Enable us to organise workshops and discussion on various adaptation strategies available.
   
4. The information, data and stories that are collected are plotted on a map and thus the vulnerabilities of a region, City or area due climate change impacts emerge.
